Intersafe Ltd are a leading specialist electrical contractor. They already had a clear target market, a highly-ranking website and clear sales processes. But revenue had plateaued and although they knew they delivered a high-quality service, sometimes it felt like prospects didn't really 'get' it.

After learning about the business and their aspirations, I was clear on the values that led the founder to start Intersafe, and how they wanted to be perceived.

I conducted a series of in-depth interviews with decision makers from a number of long-term and new clients, across different sectors, and even with lost prospects. I gained a deep insight into what they really valued about Intersafe's offering, and how the 'lost prospects' differed.

From this, I helped Intersafe define three core 'values' which became central to their internal and external communication and clearly positioned Intersafe's unique value compared to their main competitors.

The result was a confident and consistent brand. Bus Dev teams handled objections with ease, Sales knew what to focus on and Marketing knew what to talk about. Over the next few years, Intersafe broke through their turnover ceiling, enjoying exponential growth.
